Initially, yoga had a brief introduction to my life. It was just about the workout. Externally, I was moving my body, sweating, and jamming out to awesome playlists. Internally, I was finding peace of mind, and feeling more stability. Yoga has taught me to appreciate slowing down enough to hear my inner voice and move with more intention. Once I realized that yoga was providing all these subtle upgrades, my practice became a priority in my daily life.  I completed my 200-hour YTT in 2025. Since then, I’ve continued to learn and completed training in Hands on Assist & The 8 Limb Path of Yoga. In my classes, you can expect a mix of movement to breath, building strength, and welcoming stillness. Class isn’t about “perfecting” poses. It’s about presence, awareness, and learning to carry a sense of balance and alignment into everyday life. I’d love to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can thrive exploring your practice at your own pace.
